MY PHOTOGRAPHY JOURNEY
My journey into photography began unexpectedly in the winter of 2002. At the time, I was working for the British Government’s video production unit, and we were suddenly left without a photographer to cover an important event. I was asked to step in at the last minute—and to my surprise, everything clicked. I captured stunning images, and the response from the attendees was overwhelmingly positive. From that moment on, I knew that photography was not just a passion, but the career I was meant to pursue.
In March 2013, after an incredible 11 years of Government work, I made the leap to full-time wedding photography. During my time in the Government role, I had the honour of photographing key figures such as Prime Ministers, members of the British Royal Family, overseas royalty, actors, and sports stars. A highlight was touring with the Red Arrows across the Middle East and photographing the celebratory party for Team GB after the 2012 London Olympics. My photography has taken me to various corners of the world, including China, the USA, Hong Kong, Japan, the UAE, Bahrain, Spain, Italy, France, Poland, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Scotland, Wales, Belgium, Greece, India, Vietnam, Portugal, Lanzarote, and Malaysia.
Since transitioning to wedding photography full-time, it has been an exhilarating and rewarding career. I limit the number of weddings I photograph each year to ensure I can dedicate my full attention and energy to each client. From initial consultations to capturing your special day, meticulously editing your photographs in my signature style, and delivering them via a bespoke USB drive with a personalised presentation box—I handle every aspect with care. Additionally, I take pride in designing and crafting your wedding album, ensuring it’s as unique and memorable as your day.
